Warrior General Games

Well I finally found the Pancake SA but I have continued to shop to see if I could find Line General. This is what my latest shopping experience left me......

Superior Pink Visor
+3 blocking
+1 First Step SA

Superior Yellow Cleats
+1 Quick Cut SA

Superior Grey Shirt
+1 Quick Cut SA

I guess +3 Blocking isnt bad since +3 is the best you can do. But should I buy it or keep looking for Line General?? Anyone have any luck or seen a difference from the C position using these??

first step is better than quick cut, for a center, anyways. I'd take that in a heartbeat.

* Because it's pink and would make your guy look ghey, dropping his morale by 10 every play and giving the opposing defense an automatic +1 to all Aura of Intimidation scores. What? Do you golf from the ladies T in your pink visor! LOL!

* Second, because +3 blocking is an AWESOME roll. FS is just a small bonus.

I don't really see FS or QC necessary for a C. Your guy should be pumping out agility in the mid to high 60s which will make him plenty "quick" enough if you want that...speed is your likely limiting factor if you feel you aren't speedy enough at the line, not your agility, acceleration or turning ability.

So, I'd buy the Pink Visor and keep shopping for a better item.

... is THE perfect piece for any lineman. First step gives instant acceleration - very useful when going against speedy and agile defenders. +3 is a much as you can get and blocking is the best attribute for a lineman i.m.h.o.

I'd kill for that piece!

I would def buy the blocking/FS piece. Shop a couple more times next season for a line general piece but don't worry about it too much.

Wow! I did not expect this much positive feedback but I'm glad I got it. I will buy the Visor (even though it is pink). Now the question is, how long do I wear it before I start looking for Line General and or should I even look for Line General at all??

Rumor on the street is we'll get some upgrades next season, so I'd hold off. The sets / special equip / etc., were all from the graphic designer who Bort just dropped a huge hint bomb about. So I wouldn't do much the next 8 days. Just save your shopping tokens.
