he has crohns and had an attack resulting in great weight and strength loss. you should probably do some research before trying to call someone out.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crohns_disease

i actually commend him for just not hanging up the gloves and retreating to a corner and feeling sorry for himself. like most would do, but no he is still working hard and probably doing more for his health you would ever do. You probably have bigger arms then him (if his are really 13") but he can probably still out lift you. lol.. thats called heart and determination. And that counts for alot in my books. If more people in this world worked as hard as he did to try and stay in shape then we would have alot healthier world. and if a guy who has Crohns can do it than there is no excuse for anyone. Keep up the good work Generel.

You don't get sympathy on the internet especially when you talk shit and try all the copy/paste shit about how big/strong you claim to be.

nobody gave him sympathy, i said "i commend him" on not letting his condition be his conclusion. But using it to fuel him in the gym and through life.

you probably never had any problems growing up and was just spoon fed your whole life. Not sure just making a guess, im sure you will post something back about your struggles and they may be true or not i dont really care. The fact of the matter is that no i dont play for MISC nor am i a part of them but to call someone out when they are actually doing very well considering there condition is wrong. I spend alot of time in the gym and know what type of commitment it takes to get into and stay in shape. not only the effort in the gym but your diet, rest, everything takes the commitment but you will probably never see that.

Nope, I had a pretty easy life growing up. However, I have spent the past 8 years serving in the military so you can take your lack of dedication and commitment comments elsewhere. My only point is that don't come posting all this BS about being strong/big when your not.

I might be the last person who would come to thegenerel's defense, but I believe that you are way off base here.

How am I off base to prove that hs is full of shit when he claims to be a massive body builder? I didn't wish him to have a chronic disease and I never said a word about it. I'm sure if he wanted to use that as an excuse he would have brought it up.

8 years, sounds like the reserves or national guard. 6 years active 2 years in the IIR. not that that takes anything away from you serving the country, i spent 4 years in the Marine Corp so i know that any military involvement is an accomplishment, unless you are just doing the reserves or national guard for the college money only and have a MOS as a pencil pusher. no great admiration for that.

but your statement was about him posting how big and strong he is. Looking at his profile it doesnt say his height and weight but if his arms are 13" he probably doesnt weigh a whole lot more than 165-180 max i would guess. and to be able to bench 267 at that size is not easy and most people at that weight cant. His bicep curls (101) and his Row (154) and not bad either. Putting that into perspective his squat (242) and deadlift (285) seem pretty low. but that may be in result to the Crohns. im not sure but with it effecting the digestive system im sure it has its effects.

And who cares if he is proud of his accomplishments i am of mine so let him boast alittle. You just commented on one of yours (your military exp.) i didnt ask but hey congrats and that is an honor to have the ability and health to do that. ALot of people cant pass the Physical at MEPS to get into the armed forces (much like the general wouldnt because of crohns)

You would be amazed how many people out there can not bench 80 pounds more that what there weight is. Heck most cant bench there weight. You might be one of them. lol..
no i dont want to get into an argument about this but i dont know TheGeneral or yourself but if one is proud of his accomplishments then let him say it.

I'm active duty Army and I just reenlisted for another 6 years. I'm on orders to report to Italy on April 10th.

Just for the record again, I never made fun of his physical condition nor would I have mentioned it if it wasn't brought up. I saw it in his blog this morning and no where in any post has he used it as an excuse or a reason whether its post on this board or bb. All I'm doing is talking shit back to him about his claims of strength and physical superiority(sp?).

To make light of the entire thing, my arms aren't much bigger than 13". I just measured.
