I've posted this in a few places, but haven't really got any feedback.

Planning to get his speed to 60, vision 60, while training agility/tackling.
Afterwards I'll get agility to 48.

Does anybody see any problems with this?

Seems fine. You probably won't be particularly good until you get agility up though.
