Does anyone have an attribute over 100 without equipment? Thanks.

No. It can be done.
Don't have a link on me, but I saw someone do a little study and if you did nothing but put all of your points and training on one attribute, you'd hit a raw 100 by around level 30.
That is obviously an unadviseable route to go. Heck, getting any attribute to 100 isn't what I would suggest. It can be done, but it takes 20 skill points to go from 99 to 100.

Does anyone know what the deal is with +100 attributes? Does the sim even detect them as being +100? Is there a diminishing return like for +10 SAs?

I'd be interested in knowing this as well. I'm well over 100 w/ EQ right now and I'm thinking of leveling my punting @ 100 and shifting some EQ into STR or something else.

I'd have to believe that the sim recognizes any amount in an attribute equally. I'd assume your attributes are simply variables that get fed into the sim's equation. I'd be very surprised if the sim logic forced diminshing returns on higher attributes because that is already inherent in building a player.
I believe going from 100 to 101 in kicking compared to 50 to 51 in confidence is just +1 to an attribute used in the sim's equation, however from the perspective of building your player it is not the same.
The 1 point increase in kicking to 101 is a 1% upgrade in a skill. Going from 50 to 51 in confidence is a 2% upgrade in a skill. In order for the 1 point increase to 101 in kicking to be worth it, you'd have to be under the assumption that kicking was twice as important as confidence in the sim's calculation because it is only half the increase (%-wise) that you get from +1 to confidence. Now, this assumes going from 100 to 101 costs the same amount as going from 50 to 51 in confidence. We all know this isn't true, so once you factor in the higher skill point cost to raise that attribute the diminishing returns of raising an attribute extremely high really take a toll on a player build.

Cap is 100 raw, and I believe that each skill point is equal, even when over 100. I assume the sim has a max taking of about 150 for an attribute to be perfect.
