Which SA on an advanced piece would be better for a CB? Closing Speed or Superior Vision? The Closing Speed description says its good for CBs that play a lot of zone defense which we do not do. Any suggestions?
That's actually an interesting choice. SV is the better SA, but CS is a decent SA that a lot of people reject as a waste of points. It is very helpful, though, at times when you or a teammate gets beat. The problem with CS is that you have to put points into return spec and blitz, two SAs which are worthless to coverage cbs. SV, though, is an SA that every cb should be putting points in, not only because it is the best SA, but because you need it to have points in shutdown coverage. If you are planning on putting points in SV anyways, which you should be, then I'd say go with CS. If you continue to upgrade it, after 4 seasons, you will have 4 points in it without ever having to waste a point in blitz or return spec. I'd think that those 4 points will be more valuable to you than the diminishing returns you'd get from pushing SV over ten.

Closing speed is really useful against the run and if someone is getting YAC. I've seen a lot of linebackers buy a CE piece and do some very nice things with it.
