How do you guys think he is looking? I have 35 sp right now. I am going to wait till agility is at 25 then softcap it. After that speed.

Are you training intense or normal? I'd start working on stamina a little if he was mine but that's me, I generally like to level my guys fairly quickly. I'd probably finish agility then train spd/sta.

I am on a slow build team so play team is constant. I am training on intense.

staying with them next season?
Speed isn't a major or minor so there's no reason to put it ahead of vision imo.

Ah why isn't speed a major? Everything I have read thus far about a blocking FB has pointed to speed being needed. You have to stay out in front of that hb.

Is speed not needed for a blocking fb?

But you'll generally take only take 4-6 steps before making first contact with a defender that needs blocking--thus agility is more important that speed.

train blocking/agility. i'd cap agility, then blocking, then agility, because agi/blk are majors. their bonuses to minors aren't that high and the difference between 35 and 40 vision isn't that huge so you can train it up to 40 almost imo. blk/agi then spd/sta imo...confidence is something that can wait until you are playing for real.

Agility is definitely more important than Speed for a lead blocking FB, but speed should probably be no less than 3/4 of Agility, though, imo.

what exactly does agility do thats so important to a blocking FB? Should it be hard capped before speed?

Agility allows you to change direction better w/o slowing down and better acceleration to get to the blocking point. Speed is needed and I don't know why it's not at least a minor skill, but agility is more important for a FB.

I would stop putting SP into blocking. It is not necessary to get pancakes. A true run blocking FB just gets to the LB as fast as he can and dumps him on his ass then moves to the safety. My FB only has 24 blocking and he had 119 pancakes this season. i was leading pancakes in the conference, but now I am 4th. Not bad for a backup fullback.

Second capped strength and second cappes agility = pancake machine. I think agility allows the FB to get in better position and use leverage better to make a pancake. It also helps with breaking tackles.

First step helps keep you in front of the HB. I rolled that gear after about 20 tokens. The ironic thing is that when i rolled first step gear, it came with +1 blocking
