A question...which is better, 88speed with 7 quick cut or 85speed and 9 quick cut?

For blocking, either one should work equally well.

Depends on where your agility, Agility is key!!! get it over 90 then what him cut like hot knife through butter

umm.... lol... your WR's agility does NOT have to be at 90 for Quick Cut to work well... dont listen to that. ( getting AGI to 90 will be a waste of SP for a WR)
BUT on the same note... Quick Cut IS a very usefull SA. ( watch ur slant routes improve)

actually it wouldn't be waste, he be a really agile player that would be able to hit Full speed even faster then players with 60 agility + 5-9 FS
