Most of you know the rules. You give one team a +1 and another a -1. When a team hits zero, it is eliminated.

You can play as often as you want, but cannot post 2 straight times.

SPECIAL RULES HERE, you **CANNOT** + and - a team in the same conference on the same post. So if you + an east team,
you have to - a west team.
