May I suggest for each award we simply list our top three candidates in order and then scoring them on a 3-2-1 point system.

We could decide if playoffs should be considered as part of it, if not ballots should be emailed before the first playoff game and winners can be announced after the championship.
If your up for it great, and I can go either way on when to start it. But I'm afraid teams may lose interest if they are eliminated from the playoffs. Maybe ballots are sent day 33?

I think this is also a good idea. Not being able to vote for your own players would help.
Our conference is not very active in the forums, and if it wasn't for dfoke we would really be bad. If we do vote it may only be the usual 5-6 teams participating.
My idea is one ballot per team, submitted by owner (he can either submit it on his own or get input from his GMs and or players) The team can not cast a vote for its own players. Each award gets voted a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and then pointed on on a scoring table of 3-2-1.
I think it should be for regular season only, thus ballots should be due by a certain time on the day between the regular season finale and playoff opener.
If this is aggreable I can PVT message this to all the owners in the conference.
