Week 12 has a few interesting matchups with playoff implications. Who do you think will win and why?

In the west:
KC Royal Chiefs (9-2) at San Francisco Stonecutters (8-3)
San Jose Chupacabra (8-3) vs. Fort Wayne Talons (7-4)

In the east:
Syracuse Souls (10-1) vs. Richmond Retros (10-1)

I'm a bit biased but I think SJ will win. Hopefully the new blood at coaching will pay off.

KC 38-32 could go either way but I like KC's chances.
Fort Wayne 42-35 because I like their good offense more than SJ's good defense.
Syracuse 33-30 in OT in a well fought game.

KC Because their lines are better on both sides of the ball.
San Jose Because everyone knows we can't win big games.
Richmond Because I think the new ownership throws Syracuse off for a minute, most other times I'd pick Syracuse.

I'll go with Fort Wayne. I'm not suyre about Sanjose cuz they havent beaten anybody they should have yet. Fort Wayne is due for a game to go their way.

And I agree with cwork, I would normally pick Syracuse, but I think the new ownership might be transitioning and could take a game or 2 to get it, so I'm going with Richmond.

And I'll go with Kansas City over San Fran

I'm going with KC on this one mainly because SF hasn't been tested hard yet and in the 1 evenly matched game they had, they got trounced. KC on the other hand, took Miramar and Fort Wayne down convincingly.

San Jose Chupacabra (8-3) vs. Fort Wayne Talons (7-4)
I have to side with Fort Wayne on this since Fort Wayne is hungrier and manage to pull out the close ones while SJ seemed to struggle at times in games they should have dominated.

Syracuse Souls (10-1) vs. Richmond Retros (10-1)
Completely agree, this is the GoTW here, it will go down to the wire I think, within the last 4 minutes of the game, but I have to give it to Richmond since they've pulled off upsets and have managed to win convincingly in evenly matched games. Syracuse will need the game plan of the season to date to win it.

He did call "bullshit" on that though Norse. Admit it, they havent gotten ONE close one yet. But we all agree that they are due and San Jose falls on their face when competition comes calling.

It seems to be the main opinion that the new ownership of Syracuse will bring us into trouble. I dont know much about the Retros and I am not saying that we will win this game, but I think the Syracuse agents are very eager to win this for the new owner and the old owner combined.

No so much bring you into trouble, but it'll be bumpy for a bit until he gets his feet wet and working his way.

I don't really think it will be trouble, just seems to me that a lot of the time when an ownership change first happens mistakes are made. It may not happen to you guys, hell you may end up being better. I'm just going off what I've seen happen on here, not trying to say you all of the sudden suck or anything.

/re-enters thread pointing at the nay sayers:

"Fuck you...fuck you...fuck you....you're cool and I'm outta here." SJ wins.
