Does closing speed come into effect while a CB is blitzing? If so, wouldn't that make the CS ability > than the Blitz ability?

no the QB is not considered a ball carier until he passes the line of scrimage. At least that is what bort said

Blitz. First step only gives you a jump on acceleration bu on everyplay. Blitz increases you acceleration and speed but only when you blitz. or find some equiptment with TV
