I would like to see it, but I am not big on scrimmaging future opponents. I like to keep my secrets locked up, and what good is it to play someone if you ain't gonna bring everything you got?

you dont show your secrets! thats the whole point of the game..u to try to see what works on them..its a good thing i think..espic when us solid teams play so many crappy teams this season

"A brazen move was made today, as the Washington Wookies arrived at Preston Road Stadium they thought they'd found the Chihuahuas in a festive mood. It was reported that in each locker they found a bag wrapped in Christmas trimmings but upon opening these bags they were horrified to find that they had each been given a fur coat. Mighty's defensive tackle, Pig Bloater, had this to say at the pre-game conference..."

"When asked about the Wookies he answered..."
"...our toughest test yet. They're a proven high calibre team but so are we. Everyone at home, make sure you tune in...there's gonna be some Pain on show tonight."

Wookies have the top pass offence but Mighty have the top pass defense with just five touchdowns allowed in the air all season. Somethings gotta give. Lets take a look at some of the players. At quarterback we've got Shooter Slinger on one side, he's loved being on a one quarterback team and having a career best season so far. On the other side we have Carter Campbell with thirty eight scores and just five picks. Both these guys have been relatively untroubled all season so it'll be interesting to see how they react to a bit of pressure, which takes us to the ends. Roll, AXP versus Ruben and Charger and I'm telling you now, if the O-lines don't bring their A games tonight there'll be some trouble. Wolf and Smith are each teams leading receivers, just shy of a thousand yards each and they'll both be looking to hit that mark tonight. In the halfback position we have Ricky Love with over a thousand yards already but the Dallas side have future hall of famer, Chuck Bowen who has done the business season after season. Both sides have a great core of linebacks as well. Now I don't know which way this game is going to go but I'm pretty sure it'll go to the last play."

Sorry to be a stick in the mud, but I turned it down. If we don't meet during the playoffs (I hope we do) I'd be happy to play a scrimmage game during the offseason/pre-season. But not during the season.
As for us being favorites and "a lock", I think you guys are exaggerating a bit. Wookies are very strong, and getting better as their chemistry goes up. The Hitmen are putting up great numbers, and then there's Big Bear, Dub and Beans too. Any one of them can beat us on a good day. And that's just in the West.

Thanks for including the Dub All-stars in that list of teams that can beat you, but even I know we couldn't beat you on our best day and your worst day. We're getting stronger though and with good offseason moves we'll be a very solid team for a while.
