8-0 last week, which isn't too impresive, because there was only one tough game to pick.

(1) HHW V (13) Washington Extreme. No Contentest here. While Galk and his crew did a great job against the Cannes last game, the Extreme don't have the talent to hang with the Wangs. Warriors win 91-0

(2) Monmouth EVIL MONKEYS V (15) San Antonio Saints. After stoping the Fire's 28 game win streak the Evil Monkeys get a break. Monmouth 225-0

(3) San Francisco Fire V (10)Richmond Rebel Yell. The Fire try to bounce back from their first loss in a VERY long time against RRY who has one two in a row. I don't think Richmond will have enough to stop the Fire from getting back in the W column. Fire win 41-28

(4) South Bay Spartans V (8) Oklahoma City Thunderstorm. Both teams have had it easy the past 3 or 4 games and it show and their recent sucess. Now it's back to some real games. If OCT had gotten the Saints after they gutted and the Spartans before these two teams could be tied. Looking at an upset here. OCT 28-24

(5) Minnesota Marauders V (14) Dallas Vaqueros. It's been a rough 3 game stretch for the Marauders but they get to relax this week. MM wins 67-10

(6) Las Vegas Freebirds V (11) Kailua Daggers. Free birds have been solid all season against the lower level teams in the league. That won't stop this time out. LVF wins 37-10

(7) Bourbon Street Bullies V (16) Houston Hookers. Bourbon street has got their O figured out in time to put up 200+ on the hookers. BSB 255-0

(9) Anchorage Penguins V (12) Columbus Bucks. I've been giving the Bucks more credit than they deserve all season and I'm going to do it again. The mere fact that the Penguins only beat Dallas by 9 is enough of a reason to pick against them. Bucks in the upset 31-28

your rankings may be crap, but I will say I can always count on you for bulletin board motivational material every week for the Penguins.

You guys trashing Vaqueros are either nuts or unbelievably arrogant asses. They aren't a bad team and were a flat out great for at least the 2 seasons before this. Keeping up with this game and Bort's changes, additional features and player nerfs is tough. They missed something this season, but they aren't far off. Now, why don't you guys go steal some candy from babies and kick some puppies to inflate your cyber dicks a little more.

as you said, just because a team was great in seasons past doesn't mean they're great now....and if they're not great now, there's nothing wrong in pointing that out and in no way does that diminish or deny any past greatness.

HOLY CRAP thank god I never said anything bad about your team or you might break down and cry.

Dallas has totally dropped the ball this year and the team has become a shell of it's former self. Yes they were a solid team before, I don't know about great though. A 2-4 playoff record and zero titles doesn't equal great to me. They got into USA PRO through the back door as a result of the restructure and they don't look like they were ready for the move up.

The facts are simple

1-9 Record (soon to be 1-10)
being outscored 48-13 on average

Remember everyone has to "keep up" with this game and Bort's changes. Quite a few other teams did it quite well. Why haven't they? All that matters in this game is what is happening right now. And right now the Vaqueros suck badly. Sorry if I hurt your feelings by saying this

I fully understand that everyone is playing by the same rules, and yes, the Monkeys are doing great, but why keep talking about how shitty other teams are? It just makes you look like asses, not that you should care what I think. IMO, Dallas isn't shitty. They currently aren't able to compete in this league on anything close to a consistent basis, due to missing something, but they still could beat most teams up here with a break or two or if they mess up their GP.

Trust me, my feelings aren't hurt by any of this and my "panties" aren't all wadded up over it. I just don't see the point in being asses about it. Pointing out that they are having an off year and they haven't been playing well is one thing, but the quotes floating around several threads suggesting you should quit the game if they beat you or that they can't post in the Season 6 We Effin Raped Your Team Thread", are just being an ass, IMO. Why? what's the point, aside from inflating cyber dicks.
