Worcestor Sharks
I'm probably going to get a 16-21 capped team next year. I'm looking for dedicated players, and agents who have good builds, and will be active. We're looking for all positions, and an OC and DC, as well as a scout, recruiter, Ass. OC, and Ass. DC. We want someone who's fairly experienced with the AIs and know what they're doing. Also,
we want multi-year commitments, so we can see who is really dedicated. Believe me, it's not a waste of time. Me, and one of the GMs I'm probably going to have, are very good at recruiting and we're currently 8-3 in our first year, and we have two stadium upgrades.
I want to make this clear now: we would prefer players who don't care about salary,
because we'll need to build up the stadium, The Shark Tank, the first year. No, we're not going to give you 1k a day salaries, but we'll give you reasonable salaries that aren't ridiculous. Also, I just want to make it clear that no spot is guaranteed. If we can find an upgrade, and they fit into our system, the best player will play. This is nothing personal, I just want to have a successful team. Now, this doesn't mean everyone won't get to play, because I would never do that to anyone. And, most of the time, once I find someone I like, I probably won't go find an upgrade, so you don't have to worry.
We're looking for players with good builds who are level 16-19 right now and hopefully still have boosts left.
I'm looking to run a 2 QB system and a 2-3 HB offense. I want a mostly balanced out team that favors running just a little more. The HBs won't get more than 20 carries each a game, but as long as we're winning with this system, it shouldn't matter. That means we'll need, big, strong lineman that are agile. On defense, I want to run a mix between the 3-4 and 4-3 so we can have a balanced pass and run defense. It has worked out very well so far with the last team I GMed, so hopefully it will this time, too.
