IMO

More speed, more agility.

My DE can outrun WRs at his current level.

Vision isn't that important at the moment, in my opinion.

Speed + Agility + Tunnel Vision = Great Success

I'd put all your eq. in one Att. Either speed or agility.

At level 38, your Speed and Agility combined should be around 180.
