I think the low speed is holding you back but I'm sure you're looking to cap that next or soon.

I'm interested to see how a low(er) strength build works. So the plan is/was: strength to 49, agility to 68, speed to 68?

I think that will be necessary for good performance...but I would be very interested to see what happens without it frankly.
