Not much shakeup in the East although there were two very close battles between the Cheetas/Hogeyes and Tighas/Horsemen, with the Cheetas and Tighas emerging victoriously.

Remember the power rankings are my true assessment of teams and has little effect with W's and L's except when teams play each other, the only true test of which teams are "better."

East:
1) Cyberimagination Dreams (-)
2) Dirty Cheetas (-)
3) Jacktown Gangstas (-)
4) Enghave Evolution (-)
5) Iowa Hogeyes (-)
6) South Bend Leprechauns (+1)
7) Myrtle Beach Carnage (-1)
8a) Louisiana State Tighas (-)
8b) Indianapolis Thunderhawks (-)

Dropping Out: Sleepy Hollow Horseman
Moving In: NA

Hey Mystikalilusion, I like your power rankings all the time and da Birds appericate the love, but in all honesty the Colorado Ice did beat us by 20... we do not deserve that spot... thanks anyways but we'll stick with honorable mention.

Yep, we Cheetahs had a close one and give all the respect in the world to the Hogeyes. That was a tough game for sure! Glad we don't have to play them again!

Thanks, sorry, turkey made me sleepy last night, must have missed that one. You'll get your time to shine soon enough I bet.

RANKINGS ARE REVISED IN THE WEST.

Big West games in Week 10
#2 Rainham at #7 Austin

#3 Brooklyn at #8 Colorado

Big East games in Week 10
#4 Enghave at #1 Cyberimagination Dreams
#8a Tighas at #3 Gangstas
#7 Carnage at 6 Leprechauns (had a hard time ranking these two teams this week. Won't be so hard next week after a head to head game.)

you know, i get that we lost and we should fall, but we lost to the #1 team, and we fell two spots behind a team that we have already beaten? do you use the same logic as the BCS?

GReat stuff Sly...

12. Mertle Beach Carnage. I would take them to beat anyone else from 13 down. I wouldn't want to play them as the higher seed in the playoffs.

From what we also saw in the Mid. Season East/West Challenge, the East definitely has at least 8 of the top 12 teams in the League.

East/West Challenge games:

3's Tex. Bevos 7 vs. CHEETAHS 34

4's Beatmen 7 vs. EVOLUTIONE 37

5's Idaho Rex 7 vs. IOWA HOGEYES 51

7's Sentinel 7 vs. LEPRECHAUNS 27

8's Col. Ice 24 vs. L.S. TIGHAS 38

Good stuff!

I am quite upset with our defeat....oh well, I'll chalk it up to being tired after the game with the Aliens...on another note. Why did we drop two spots after losing to the best team in the league? Was it the margin of defeat?

Sorry for slighting the Bevos. It was more the more recent W's by the Beastmen and Sentinels. (Although if you lose this week I don't want to hear it!)

If anybody would like to take over the power rankings, feel free.

Work's taking its toll and i'm not able to spend as much time going over who beat who (thanks to Sly for compiling that list though.)

We don't really need them as everybody is playing everybody else. The reason behind it was to judge teams who ran out to a great record but only played sub par opponents.

As we come down to the playoffs and the end of the season, it's clearer which teams are better anyway.
