Our owner is starting level 4s ahead of much higher level players, taking people off the roster for asking for releases/trades, banning people from the team forums. He never informed anyone that he'd be slow building.
He seems to be on some sort of power trip.
...Oh and recently he has pretending to be Adolph Hitler.
A wonderful situation all round.
