is it possible to make the formation?

Yes it is, I used it last game. A way has been found to get your HB at QB specifically only for QB rushing plays but keep the actual QB on for all other plays.

It occassionally worked, but with fast LBs it was easily shutdown sometimes.

My HB has 90 speed but obviously that would've been reduced due to the out of position penalty, but I think a specifically built rushing QB with 90 speed would've been able to out run the defenders where my HB was tackled short.

well, what if u made like reverses and get your HBs passing up a tiny bit? or like a sweep play for the WR?

Played some Wildcat again today against a very good team, the out of position penalty is really annoying though, as my HB would never normally get caught from behind:

So how do you actually make that formation? I have some ideas in mind but I am not sure how you set it up using the slot rushers etc.

Not exactly like the wildcat since it's not out of shotgun formation, but you get the jest. There's a major OOP penalty making it relatively ineffective for now. These runs were against two very good defenses though.

Not yet.

I think you should edit out of your post how to play the "Wildcat", otherwise everyone will know DCs will start to complain and Bort's just gonna remove it. If people want to know they could just PM someone.

Lol subterfuge. Not cool. It goes something like this (sort of)

Put a HB as the only QB in the QB2 slot, put the QB as the only TE in the TE1 slot. Make designed QB runs use the QB2 and TE1. With a little luck, your stam use will match up and you'll get the Wildcat.

OOP penalties make it semi-worthless though.
