For my DE: +1 agility, +2 speed, +8% break block chance, +8% make tackle chance. I'll be putting all my points into agility on it from now on.

I don't remember. I bought it when I was level 1 and it was +2% break block/+2% make tackle. It was pretty cheap back then.

so do SAs outside of a players normal SAs work? like does Tunnel Vision work on a DT?
