next i am going to soft cap strength and blocking. does that sound alright? he had to play receiver last season, thats the reason for his speed and agility being much higher than normal

Personally, I would stick with a recieving TE instead of trying to branch out more balanced. Capping strength would be ok, but instead of blocking, you're definitely better off finishing capping catching and then working on vision.

Completely by accident, different roles on different teams, I ended up with a fairly balanced TE that is doing well this season. I have changed directions on this guy like 4 times lol

Anyhow:

Strength - 54.02
Blocking - 54.02
Agility - 49.33
Speed - 48.33 (70.33 w/equipment)
Vision - 49.02
Catching - 40.02
Confidence - 19.06
Stamina - 29.4

He is doing okay with 23 receptions for 356.5, 5 TDs and 32 pancakes and 0 drops through 7 games.

It's not really how I envisioned building him, but its working out okay as of now and as I fix things should get better. So I am actually happy with my fairly balanced TE.

I think everybody who is relied on to catch the ball should train jumping into the low-mid twenties at least, ideally around 30. Jumping/vision intense training is a decent combination. Stamina works, too.
