this is the build for my RB lvl 9, was thinking about training agility/vision until i can soft cap one of the them. But my question is would it be better to instead of using the SP's to finish off the agility soft cap, to add them into Quick Cut SA's and boost vision instead? I am also searching for adv. equip with either Quick Cut/First Step SA. Please chime in with your ideas, suggestions.

). The basis of your build should always lie in how you distribute points to your base attributes. for instance: agility and quick cut work in a synergistic manner, so having high quick cut won't be as effective as having high agility before adding in quick cut.
