What next?? I have 3 boosts left, just deciding how I want it to go.

First off, I suggest waiting until the end of the season to boost. You'll lose out on game XP by boosting early.

About placing the skill points, I'd finish capping agility, then work on vision.

I'd also move all your equipment to speed.

Put all your skill points into capping agility and catching as those are the most important skills. Move your equip to agility and catch afterwards and you'll see a dramatic improvement. Most people suggest high speed but that unfortunately does not work against higher leveled competition or good defenses that put a SS on a TE. In cases like that higher agility allows for some separation while higher catch allows you to make catches on same dot plays.
