We were never really in it. I need to go figure out why the cpu decided to ignore my game plan. (Namely, who passes on EVERY first down? That's not how we set it up...at all.) Wouldn't have mattered overall (CB Quick Ninja needs a new pair of pants, his got burned so badly) though, congrats.

But hey, we've been beaten a lot worse than 49-20 before, so I guess we might be inching closer towards respectability.

We passed more today than I thought we should have too, according to the game plan. Got a few lucky ones out of it, though.

I personally was hoping you would beat the snot out of those guys. No offense, Whiskey. I had to choose between whiskey and money. money buys sweet cars and pays the bills, whiskey gets you married with 4 kids.

Well, I feel stupid.

Without going into details, we have an offense AI gameplan output set up in case we get hit with a penalty on first down. However, I managed to forget to specify the yardage on that output, leaving it blank. The CPU took the blank yardage to mean that that was what I wanted to do on every First and Ten, period. So that's why we played like Texas Tech wannabes.

Again, though, that didn't affect our defense; we would have lost anyway. I'm glad I caught that mistake after only one game, though.
