Cap speed, vision and agil. Then 2nd cap Speed, then either agil or vision.
Train up stamina and tackling to mid-30's, jumping and confidence to 30 or so.
Once you start getting a lot of PD's you can start to train catching to turn them into INT's.
I wouldn't worry too much about Strength for a FS.
And no SA's until 15 (except maybe a few points in wrap-up).
