We broke our losing game streak at 35 in our past game, winning 49-6. I hope this is a sign for good things to come but we still need some time compete with a lot of you guys. Good luck the rest of the season everyone!

It's all about really talking to the members of the team and expressing that it's not about the season in front of them, but the one down the road. It's long and hard, but if you can convey that to players and they want to stay together then you can really build upon that success.

My first few seasons, all I did was re-start with brand new guys every season. Now I have players signing longer term deals and building a more cohesive unit.

PS: Sorry that your winning streak has to stop at 1.

Hopefully we can get a little mini win streak going here. We have 3 or 4 winnable games coming up.
