I'd say to train carry up until 40 or so (that or train and then put some sp into it). As far as skills go, more speed is always a safe route to go. Your HB and mine are fairly similar so I'd say to put SP into quick cut too since that's the route I was heading towards after i next capped speed. Make sure your speed and agility are capped since I can't tell your equip distribution.

You're very spread out, including Jumping and Catching. If you're going to be elusive, stop putting points in power abilities and strength. Get that agility up to 70 and concentrate on increasing both speed and agility. Pick QC or Juke and dump SP into one. Carrying couldn't hurt, but your build is solid so I'd rather see more vision. Try training Vision/Agility and use the tokens to put points in Carrying.
