This is simply taken from the standings’ pecking order and is not my personal ranking, just my comments and observations.

1 4-0-0 Syracuse Souls W4
So far, an easy schedule with opponents having a combined record of 5-11, out classing everyone they’ve met and the score board shows it. They’re trying to slow things down by running the ball to try and balance playing time against the two sides of the ball, but it’s hard to stop against teams that are rebuilding or are CPU. Weeks 8-13 is the hardest stretch of their schedule when 4 of 6 the teams they face will give them run for the money and they’ll close out against at a tough Tri-Cities team trying to make a name for themselves. Of those teams, Freedom may still be undefeated and that might be the game of the week to watch in week 8.

2 4-0-0 Bortsville Mystery Nerf W4
So far, their claim of going 20-0 is intact with three blowouts against rebuilding teams and barely squeaking past Tri-Cities after they collapsed in the 4th quarter against them . They’ll need a long series of miracles to pull off wins against Syracuse, Freedom, BC, LMG, Retros, and the Zoners. The question is, when are they willing to boost to protect this 20-0 prediction? They’re certainly on the road to the playoffs, but reality will surely catch up them and they’ll likely finish upper part of middle pack.

3 4-0-0 American Freedom W4
So far, solid consistent wins. They’re in a different class than who they’ve faced – and against most of their competition, so you’d expect bigger point differences. That means that it’s clear that they’re holding back and haven’t boosted yet, just as Syracuse is trying to do, so the question is when will they choose to unleash? Of all the teams, Freedom has a chance to run table as long as they don’t lose focus, which could happen if with competition they have in such long stretches.

4 3-1-0 Tri-Cities Fever W1
An OT FG away from being 4-0. Essentially, they lost on coin flip to Bortsville, so they could easily be 4-0, but don’t let the loss fool you - they mean business.

5 3-1-0 Richmond Retros W3
The struggled out of the gate, but have been solid ever since and will continue to roll with periodic pockets of competition.

6 3-1-0 Colonial Zoners W2
They roared out of the gate against the Western conference, stumbled badly against Freedom, but have been steady ever since.

7 3-1-0 Baltimore Blood Ravens W1
This is a pleasant surprise and offers proof that weaker talented teams can beat better talented teams, if they know what their doing. The Ravens hung on against Colorado Springs, survived Cleveland, kept fighting against Freedom in the second (refusing to accept a blank on scoreboard), and then upset BC. The Ravens are playing well above their level at this point and can’t be taken lightly.

_8 2-2-0 Detroit Pyromaniacs W1
Thus far, no surprises since they’re beating who they should be and losing against who they should be. Admittedly though, the fight against New York was a shocker as they made a serious statement with 4 take aways against a clearly better team.

_9 2-2-0 Cleveland Firebirds L1
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but they should be better than their 2-2 record indicates. They’re still young and have time to make corrections because they have the potential, but they’re still working on unlocking it.

10 2-2-0 New Berlin Blitzkrieg L2
They could be 3-1 if Bort hadn’t made the CPU players better, but still, they’re taking care of business when they’re expected to. To make the playoffs, they have to do it now in the next 7 games, because they’ll struggle down the stretch.

11 1-3-0 Chicago LMG Accountabillibuddies L2
Bad start out of the gate, no doubt, but they are getting ready to rumble and rip off some nice win streaks in the middle of their schedule, then will have to fight it out again in the home stretch. They can still salvage the season, but it’s going to take a lot of game planning in the middle part of the season.

12 1-3-0 B.C. Assassins L3
They did good in the opener, helping the East go 10-6 ovr the West, then collapsed. They’re fighting and putting up points, but they just can’t stop anyone right now. They’ll have the capability to be better and they need find the magic they had against the West to have any chance.

13 1-3-0 New York's Finest L1
I’m not going to lie, cops are good folks and I want these guys to win. They’re young and are still learning, but they’re struggling to find themselves, which is completely expected. Give them two season, 3 tops, and they’ll be primed.

14 1-3-0 New York Grizzlys CPU L1
Previous ownership cut tail and ran. There’s one active human on the team and I’d be willing to bet he’d sign with anybody to get off if it. Somebody in the league should rescue the poor guy.

15 0-4-0 Columbus Spartans L24
They’re building slow and don’t care about this season, which is the right way to approach it as they slow build. They’ve got to beat the Grizzly’s though, you just can’t allow a CPU team to on up you. Sorry Blitzkrieg.

16 0-4-0 Charlotte Gamebreakers L4
Wow, that’s a lot of wasted money on high level CPUs. Seriously, do yourselves a huge favor and drop them for L1 CPU players. They all play like crap, so why pay them a lot of money to play like it. The money you save should go into the stadium.

Us Pyros are just a bunch of kids playing over our heads. We will be getting weaker as the season goes along. We're shedding the last 4 higher level players in the next few days. Then it will only be the kids.
