ok i'm going to try to tell you what i did at around your level....

put points all into speed and vision untill they are at 48 (soft cap)
while u are doing this, train your agility in combination with .... stamina (just noticed not that many options to train with it)

then once your speed and vision are at 48, start putting points into agility until 48
while doing this train leg press (jumping and strength)

after that ....
only put points into speed, agility and vision until they get to 60, then get your speed to 67 (this should keep your player occupied for a while)
train all other skills like jumping, strength, tackling, stamina, and confidence untill they get to 30 ( this should also keep your guy occupied for a while)
