What is the best run defense for a run dominant team that runs primarily to the left out of any formation?

Should I just overload the right side of my defense or is their something gimmicky to do an stop them.

They outlevel most the teams in the league by quite a few and are dominating the league. I don't know if my team can beat them or not but I think if we could slow them down, maybe get a turnover or two and have a shot.

Blitz: CB1 or CB3, ROLB, MLB


Engage Eight will get you burned if they pass..

Blitz the FS out of a Cover 1 or Cover 2. If you overload the LOS too much, the back will break through for big gainers. It is better to keep some players off the LOS in gap control.

Fact is you can't stop a good running team up the middle in GLB.

yea we are struggling to stop the run also, even though our players have fairly good builds. otoh we seem to be able to run on anybody.
