What do I need to start puting points into and training

Stamina needs to be higher to keep you in the game longer. But, I'd also start putting points into Strength.

I typically train jumping and catching, since you need those when in coverage.

Looking at your team, you seem wildy underleveled. Since I'm guessing you have no plans of competing this year, stamina can wait. It'd be essential if you wanted to win, but if you're slowbuilding (which, on a team that far below the competition, you should be), stamina can wait.

Get agility to the cap next, while training vision and jumping. Then, cap vision. After that, train up your strength/tackling and cap strength or double cap agility.

i'd probably second cap speed before agility, since it's already so high, but otherwise agree with pottsman.
