If you are running straight 3-4, with the 3-4 derived Nickel and Dime packages, then you won't put anyone at DT. You should probably put your DT as the backup for the NT.

Yeah put your starting DT as the backup NT first then you can add him as the starting DT. If done in this order it is allowed.
