Is it possible to have an Offensive Lineman at TE specifically for Goal Line Formation on Offense but not have him in any other formations?

We only carry 1 FB and 2 TEs which has worked out perfectly and we'd prefer not to bring in another player at either position.

Use the depth chart, like you had 3 HB;
TE - Starter, only one listed under depth chart
TE1 - Backup, will have to designate some plays for him so starter will not get tired
TE2 - OL use only in GL formation.
I think this is what you would do for that situation.
