This is cheap so I'd snare it until something better came along. It's easy to upgrade. I got +2% on my WR in lower level (5 I think) and it will be at 10% catch chance by the end of this season.

Also, just because you +3 agility nothing is stopping you from using further upgrades on speed. Consider it a free +3 in agility basically.

funny I just got one +3 agi +2% catch, and yes it's pretty cheap compared to some others I'd seen.. +3 AGI is still a free 6 sp's after the soft cap(+4 in your case), adding Speed to it would make sense. Considering buying this. If it was anything but Speed/Agi I'd pass, but those are the 2 biggies.
