What settings would the more veteran players recommend for a coverage FS that plays in a defense that runs a lot of cover 0's?

close, stick to your man like glue, coverage.

Should always be set on close regardless of position imo. Staying a few yards back is pretty much easy pass/catch all day for a QB/WR with any amount of ability.
Oh, and use medium coverage style.

Make sure your agility/speed are up to snuff as well.

I agree with playing close. A DC on another team I'm on had the safeties set to loose coverage, and it didn't make much sense to me.
