So I don't really know where to go..I'm thinking cap agility then Catching? I want a recieving TE. Vision? Someone please tell me where to go.

Cap agility, then catching. You might want to get vision to the softcap, too. It will maximize level gains.

EDIT: You might want to cap catching first. It is seen as a major skill, and will get more each level than agility.
