Wow, the West is falling apart.

No kidding ... I'm starting to feel old over here all of a sudden!

Yeah no kidding. There aren't many teams left in the West.

How many original teams are left in the west?

DV was Sacramento originally, although only a few of us were around when we were gutted.

As best I can tell, there are only 4 originals left:
USMC
Sioux City
Midwest (well, they're here for now)
Chicago Maroons

Then a couple more that started taking shape around S3-ish:
Death Valley
Rocky Mountain

Left (one way or another) since S3:
Rapid City
Caprica
San Jose
Anchorage
Death Valley (posers)
Pittsburgh
DVDTalk
Honolulu
Lima

Does that look right?

Pittsburg was a relegated team from A8, so I don't know how you want to count them. They joined the 15 in S3

And yes i think that looks right, this is sad that the West looks so different now. I hate to see it when teams build for several seasons, then they just disappear.

There is a Sioux City franchise in one of my fantasy leagues.

lol ... I didn't join The 15 until the end of the Wala Wala run, so I didn't have the psychological scars that many others did.
