soon to be 13. He's been out there for a looooong time. Advertising on the Players Looking For Teams board never ever works. PMing teams doesn't work so well. Am i not trying hard enough? Gimme some advice.

he had good stats for his short career so far.. over 5 ypc.

Try to find some teams in the level 13 capped leagues that still need a HB. And don't be a dick and demand stupid salaries and playing time. Also use the marketplace.

grovel on your knees. All young players have to share time. Most owners are understanding a split time accordingly.

Running backs are in low demand because everyone wants to build one. Teams generally only carry 2, sometimes 3. A lower level Running back probably won't find it easy to find a team unless they really know what they are doing, and are working on a fantastic build.

Doubt he would find a team there either. By that level I had almost two attributes capped. He has clearly spent points on abilities that were not first trained up. And that kills all value in this game at that level.

Better off retiring and doing a slow build.

what exactly is a slow build?

Honestly? Know people.

The best way to get a team to sign your player is to have other players on that team who are built well and productive.

yeah i retired him and started over. i think i might try this slow build thing...
