i boosted my rb and got agility to 68 and he seems to be running a lot better and breaking more tackles so far in these scrimmages

i agree to an extent that I see a lot of backs with agility equal to or greater than their speed that are less effective than backs with a lot more speed than agility.

My LvL 23 HB has 81 speed and 61 agility all equipment is in speed. I was thinking about putting the 4 points into agility from the 24 equipment upgrades and then focusing on getting agility to 70.

Should i just put those 4 into speed and work on agility with SP's when i lvl?

the reason I state this was because I had 87 agi 70 speed and 9 in juke and got outclassed by a RB with high speed and low agi and low SA's on my team.

Never the less I have rethought my template.

I'm not sure. I've had pretty bad luck with having even speed/agility and running elusive, and ever since I've gotten like 30+ speed over agility I've done a lot better.

I ran for over 3500+ with only 50 agi. I am still going to 2nd cap it

I have a very similar build to the starting running back on my team....major difference is that he has 10 more strength, 10 more in carrying, and 15 less in agility. My yards per carry stat are better and we are a similar level.

Agility means nothing unless you play *good* competition. Then you will see how much you need then. Until you play *good* competition, discuss agility. Speed will always beat teams where everyone has lower speed than you. When you square off against teams who all have 80+ speed on the defense, your speed will get you nowhere, and you will wish you had agility.

So go ahead and knock agility, but don't ever play in a good league.

How did it feel playing against an all CPU team last game?

That must be an awesome league, huh?

I have been over this with you skel. My h.b had 91 speed last year playing in canadian AAA on a gutted team. The league dominated the team I was on and all that speed I had did absolutely nothing.

that would be your problem.Doesn't matter what your Speed:Agility ratio is, you are not going to be getting big yards on a gutted offense, you need an O-line to open holes and a passing game to keep the DCs gameplans honest.

AND FYI, 9.4 ypc in a PRO league with all equipment on speed.
