Does anybody already have a copy of all the playbook in one place to print out so I don't have to copy and paste it all into Word to pritn it?

Excellent work. Sad it has to come from a user rather than the site itself. You shouldn't have had to put in all the work you did on that. I, for one, though, am grateful you did.
