I am thinking of using the adv. energy settings to try and get my 4-5 WR's up to about 20 plays and my #1 and #2 WR a bit less...but not TOO much less.

Is the ADV energy settings a good way to try and do this?

If so, what is a good enter and exit stamina level?

If not is there a way to do this without going TOO crazy on the AI?

Danke!

If your #4 and #5 WR's are on special teams, making the sub out energy too high will mean that when the starters get below that level, the back-ups haven't recovered their energy to that level after being on ST as that takes a lot out of players. Just something to think of

My corners are all within 150 xp of each other and only some of them are on special teams. The one that is the lowest plays on both sides of STs because he is the KR/PR for us, so he is the lowest. The other four are within 100 of each other. I use the advice in Tim Harper's post that I linked and it's worked well so far.

I'm not disagreeing with you Mike, just trying to offer as much information as I can so the OP can make an informed decision. There is a difference, but I don't think it's that much. It's worth it to have a CB just a little bit behind so our WRs and RBs come out rested, but that's a different topic entirely.

I don't think it would be too different for WRs.

One technique is to play your starters on special teams; that way the backups get a few plays while the starters are resting. It also has the advantage of making your special teams better.
