Its ok. It would be much better if you were a RDE with high speed and agility and moderate strength. But your build doesnt seem like a sack heavy DE so the tunnel vision is only so so.
I would still upgrade it and use it at least till you get something better

Pretty much what I was thinking, though I may adjust my build towards more sacking power. Ironic that it came for my least pass-rush focused DE
