I'm noticing that the old guard really isn't talking about us at all...seems to me that they think we're not worth the effort.

So, I look forward to turning them on their heads with some good upsets this season!

I think you guys definitely have a good shot at making the playoffs. But because of the level divide don't see you getting past round 1.

You guys actually played us pretty well last season despite the level difference.

I'm not sure what you expect. There hasn't been a ton of activity here, and the thread that has been active is the one talking about contenders in each conference. I'm not trying to be rude, or discourage you, but do you really think you're in that category yet? Your team is about 10-15 levels lower at most positions then the top teams in this league. Reno has been their for a while after taking over a gutted team a few seasons ago. It sucks, but you'll catch up eventually I'm sure.

I know about the level disparity, it's not like I don't realise that there are 4-5 teams per conference that will be the only real contenders. What I was saying was 'Hey, we're just trying to get in on the banter!' Just throw us a bone now and then

Thanks man, I'm fairly confident that we'll make it as well. I'm hoping for one upset, but I might be hoping too much!

Also, I thought that Rochester was probably one of the tougher teams last season, I'm surprised that you're still down in the Ocho. You should win it all this season.

We had a lot of problems with being five levels lower than the competition in the playoffs last year. Really torqued me the way we lost though.

What did happen? Since I wasn't in on the race, I didn't pay much attention...

Well we played Orlando. Basically, we were down a score driving and threw an INT for a TD. Drove me nuts. Seriously though, Our starters were an average of 4 levels lower than the other teams in the playoffs.

Damn! Orlando looks beatable from my stand point this season...at least I know I'll give them a game!!

Bottom Feeder?? Dude, my first season as owner was last season. Not my fault if the other team was crappy. We're build ing for the future, and I guarantee that we'll be competative doen the stretch!!

Tell me about it. We lost Maryland and Hartford totally, and then all those other teams got brought up. The Ocho is but a shadow of its former greatness I'm afraid to say. Luckily, on my new team we have kept all of our best players from the Hustlers. Good luck to all the teams next year. Did I mention that I miss the Ocho?
