We no longer have the option to select this. We used it fairly often last season with decent results. But selection is no longer available this season.

Sure you can. You just need to set your plays to the formation(s) you want to call it from and then remove the plays that would interfere with that call from the playbook.

For example, if I want to call the I-formation Off-tackle.

Settings:
Play Type: Outside Run - Handoff
Formation: I
Rusher: HB
Rush Direction: Right

Then in your playbook remove the HB sweep to the right, or alternately make the I-Offtackle the only HB Outside play from the I form in your playbook.

That sounds good, but you should not have to remove the sweep as it is considered a pitch as far as i know.
