I have a punter who I am thinking I should redo his equipment. Question is what is better strength or punting? Right now this is his build: strength at 58.54 with no equipment and punting at 80.62 with no equipment. With the equipment he has right now, he has 71.54 strength and 93.62 punting. So my question is should he redo his equipment to have 97.62 punting and 67.54 strength, or he could even go as far as 99.62 in punting and 65.54 strength. Or if you have a better way of using the 25 equipment points let me know.

I want to have the longest, most accurate punts (inside the 20, or coffin corners) Does increasing punting help this out? Or does accuracy only come from vision/confidence?

No one knows honestly what causes longer punts, more accurate punts etc. All of the above I guess. I have seen punters with 40 strength kick just as far as punters with 60 strength and what not.

Id say punting though is better for overall everything. It seems even without equipment he has more than enough strength.

65 is more than enough Str. Punting helps with both distance and accuracy.
