You ain't kidding! It is what it is, but I don't get why they don't just fix such a basic thing. Makes no sense.
And not just from the contender perspective. You have fledgling teams who would benefit from actually getting to play 1 more game against a similarly leveled opponent instead of running headlong into the USMC for 60 minutes! lol

This wasn't by our choice. I originally told the owner of Dead Broke that we might be interested in swapping leagues, but I quickly changed my mind when I realized we'd only get about two wins all season.

Wow. That is absolute garbage. Honestly this is one they should fix. If they have nothing from you, they have no business swapping you up.
Personally, I would be going ballistic on them until it got resolved. Keep on them until you get results. Just because the schedules are out does not mean it can't be changed. It's simply switching the two teams in the database. If the schedules don't repopulate automatically, it's not too difficult to manually change the entries for 2 teams, especially given it's an administrative screwup and not yours.

Yeah I forgot you would know about that stuff. I did send one message but I'm typically a non-confrontational guy. I guess if I don't get a response in two days I'll resubmit one. Roughly speaking, it takes about three to four days for someone to send a response out.
To confirm I definitely did not send a message to Support originally stating I wanted to be switched. I think the owner of Dead Broke sent Support the PM I initially sent to him stating that I MIGHT be interested.
I'm already missing this league. We mass-boosted nearly our entire team to even have a shot over there, but looks like it will be a pretty crappy season.

I ended up receivng a response from Support, though it doesn't look like we'll be back. Anyway the message was forwarded onto Bort, so if anything can be done about it, he'll be the one to make it happen.
It just kinda sucks that we were finally going to be in the thick of the championship race, with a legitimate opportunity to win it all after toiling for three seasons, to be whisked away like this and thrown to the wolves where we'll be fortunate to garner five victories this season.

I see where you're coming from, but I don't think you're being too confrontational to demand an explanation as to why your team was moved even though you hadn't requested it be done.
For the time & effort you guys have put in, it really is a shame to basically get stuck near the bottom of the ladder again, especially since SJ was a contender for a coveted home playoff game this season. At this point it may be too late, but maybe not! Good luck either way ...
