haha wow I didnt even notice that fuck I'm unobservent.

get it like the first one with all 8's in the useless skills, get the speed at 16 and get a 6'4 build, then you're golden. takes a while, but it's possible.

I think I got a pretty good roll on my WR... 3rd roll got 8s in useless stats and 6'4". Below is after stat point distribution and some training.

Speed: 26 Tackling: 8
Agility: 16 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 10 Catching: 17
Stamina: 14 Carrying: 10
Vision: 16 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 10 Punting: 8

My wr got one with 7 kick, 8 punt, 8 str, 7 throwing, 9 tackle, and 8 block. I dont know if they still have this roll, but I thought it was pretty sick.
