Ok, so if you run a 5 CB defense and the offense comes out in 2, 3, or 4 WR which is the best CB to blitz, CB4 or CB5 is my guess?

Well ...
You can drop an LB into zone and he'll pick up WR1, so you can blitz CB1 [if really high SPEED] and double-cover with CB3 and the LB.
