The team I was on last season was sold. I'm looking for a home on a 21 capped team now. Here's some things you should know.
- I don't care how good/bad your team is. I've dedicated three seasons to a rebuilding USA AA team so honestly, I don't mind to go to a bad team and help them build up.
- I'm a slow builder and I build my players my way. I don't mind suggestions but I don't want any owner telling me how to build my player and refusing to play me if I don't. I pay for my player so he'll be built how I see fit. I envision him becoming a superb LOT one day but he's not there yet. Hence, slow building. He did remarkably well last season in Canada BBB #3. Never let up a sack and we had one of the best running games in the league running right off his backend most of the time.
- I typically boost at the end of the season right before the playoffs in my players formative years. Once they're 26-28+, I boost them at the start. My OT will probably be boosted at the end of the season (prior to the playoffs if we make it).
- Finally, my guy is not a pancake machine nor will he ever be. Too often I see pancake machines getting eaten alive by speed rushers... pancakes may look nice on the stat line but I'm going for a OL that will never fail you. He may not pancake his assignment but he'll block him well enough to run the ball. Plus, he can pass block.
- I'm looking for the following contract.
* 1 year, End Day 40 -- As you can see with my CB and DE, I'm very loyal. If you treat my players right, I'll stick around.
* No Trade Clause
* Decent wages and bonus because LVL 24 gear is right around the corner.
* I'd prefer a starting spot but would settle for a backup role provided you do a lot of subbing.
ANY TWO YEAR DEALS, DON'T END DAY-40 DEALS OR CONTRACTS WITHOUT A NTC WILL BE REJECTED ASAP. I CAN NEGOTIATE ON THE MONEY PART. THE YEARS, ENDING DAY 40 AND NTC ARE MUSTS. ONE YEAR, END DAY 40, NTC. PERIOD. I'VE BOLDED THIS BECAUSE THE FIRST TEN OFFERS I GOT WERE TWO YEARS AND WITHOUT NTC FOR MINIMUM CASH. WON'T FLY.
