My WR is lvl 31 with 82sp and 51ag with 2 in route running and 4 in quick cut. I have a choice of the two SAs for my advanced equipment...which do you think is better?

I would use the piece of advanced equipment that has the most return on investment. Whichever SA you have or intend to have higher will offer the best return in terms of advanced equipment.
